Product Stewardship

PRC is strongly opposed to the unfortunate common practice of many resellers who outright sell untested, non-working or obsolete equipment or include a certain number of these units with working units in bulk sales to avoid the costs of proper disposal and recycling. Much of this non-working or obsolete equipment ends up in foreign countries with no rules or controls that govern how equipment is processed or disposed of.
