PRC is strongly opposed to the unfortunate common practice of many resellers who outright sell untested, non-working or obsolete equipment or include a certain number of these units with working units in bulk sales to avoid the costs of proper disposal and recycling.
Much of this non-working or obsolete equipment ends up in foreign countries with no rules or controls that govern how equipment is processed or disposed of. Whole villages and cities are becoming toxic waste dumps due to these disposal practices.

PRC is committed to promote environmentally sound product stewardship for electronics and believes that reuse must be coupled with proper disposal and recycling.
